CEOC was started by Dr. Stephen Ross, Dr. Xiping Haung and Ms. Shirin Mandani who felt the need to bridge educational gaps of students with the right support and guidance and to promote Canadian education globally. CEOC started and is based in Toronto, Canada and has partnered with many High schools and Colleges to provide students with choices towards their good careers.
CEOC offers educational programs, enrollment and settlement support to oversees international students from primarily India, Mexico, China and Middle-East. At CEOC we are aware of challenges faced by newcomers and international students, with cultural differences, language barriers and unfamiliarity in the application and settlement process. Therefore, CEOC works with recruiters who speak their language, understands the culture and has the right professional expertise to assist students with best options enabling them to meet their educational and career goals.
CEOC has a dynamic and versatile team of entrepreneurs and business leaders who share a common vision and have vast experience in their respective fields with a passion to promote students' career choices through forging global partnerships in education thereby reaching out to the larger students' community.
Dr. Xi-Ping Huang, (Phd)
President & Co-founder
Dr. Huang is President of MBD Consulting Canada Inc., a firm specializing in bridging businesses and technologies between Canada and China. Dr. Huang received her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Toronto and is the author and co-author of numerous scientific papers. Dr. Huang is Head of the North America Division of Feng Mei International Education Consulting Group of Beijing. She is also co-founder and Vice-President of Canada Yunnan Chamber of Commerce which promotes business and culture exchanges between Canada and China.
Shirin Mandani (M.Ed / MPPAL)
CEO & Co-founder
Shirin brings over 20 years of educational leadership experience. Having worked as an Executive Director and CEO of various organizations, she has brought organization and resource development for many agencies in Canada and internationally. She has a Masters' degree in Public Policy Administration and Law from York University, Masters' degree in Educational Leadership from Mumbai University, India and a Post degree Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management from University of Western Ontario. She also received her training in Governance and Leadership from Kellogg Schulich School of Business. Shirin sits on many boards including Arab Community Center of Toronto, Artists and Artisans and has served two terms as Board of Directors for the Aga Khan Education Services, in India, playing an active role in enhancement of primary education programs funded by the European Union.
Dr. Indira Kasala, (MA, M.Phil., PhD)
Director of India Operations
Dr. K. Indira has worked for over 30 years in Education. She began her career as a schoolteacher and later taught at college. She has professional qualifications from IGNOU, India and University of Cambridge, UK. Dr. Indira led the pioneering School Improvement Programme of Aga Khan Education Service, India for over a decade. More recently she worked as Director, Consultancy and Projects, CFBT Education Services, an international not-for-profit organization based in UK and handled a wide range of projects with government and non-governmental organizations involving various stakeholders. She worked with ARK (UK), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan (flagship program of Govt. Of India), Social Welfare Residential EducationaI Institutions Society of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, DfID (UK), Govt. of Dubai and World Bank. Dr. Indira has inspected more than 300 schools in India and international schools in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates including schools with different curricula such as the UAE, Philippine, British, US and Indian curricula.
Mr. Raj Savani, (MSC / B.A -Fin)

Raj Savani, is a professional with over 8 years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry. He started his career as a Relationship Banker with Lloyds Banking Group in London, UK. He then moved into a Consultant role providing bespoke Investment and other Financial solutions. Mr. Savani holds an MSc in Finance and Investment from CASS Business School and a BA in Financial Services with Honors from Sheffield Hallam University.
Mr. Savani is a Vice President for Business Development in a Pharmaceutical Company and is resourceful, self motivated and is recognized as an effective facilitator of successful initiatives
Steve Guaglino (BA / Bus. ED)

Steve Guagliano is CEO of Grocer Capital Group. He has completed his BA from McMaster University and BA and Bus Ed from Kenworth University, Washington State University USA. He has been involved in the world of business and finance for over 35 years. He has designed, formulated and taught business course at Mohawk College and was involved for many years of strategy meetings with various Canadian Consulates in Great Britain, Europe and the U.S.A. which included market and prospect identifications, corporate identifications, arranging sales visits and meetings and other significant sales and marketing assistance. He was invited by consulates to provide guest public speaking events as an executive representing a prominent Canadian manufacturing entity.
